Sketch – Onna vs. Robin

Having a Throwback Thursday moment and wanting to share this with you guys ❤

This was originally a Patrons-only bonus over on Patreon, but with Spring approaching, I saw a robin for the first time (this season) a couple days ago and wanted to celebrate somehow! So in lieu of new artwork, I hope you enjoy this!

(Fun fact that will come up eventually: Onna is afraid of birdies. Even sweet little ones ^^; )

Many more bonus sketches and extra world-building information available on Patreon too, at any pledge level. Aaaaaaand stay tuned this Saturday for a special, related announcement!

Check out “Tock the Gnome” on Patreon ~*~ Buy me a coffee ~

Thank you!

Sketch – Fancy Tock

Hello dear readers.
Not a lot of drawing has been happening this week (eternal shakey fist at January and SAD). Page 82 is very nearly done, though, and I am still planning the rest of that behind-the-scenes yurt story as previously mentioned on my Patreon. So there will at least be that for this month’s progress on Tock’s story….
In the meantime, please enjoy this self-care fancy Tock. That hat should look familiar, but it will be some time before she has such ownership of it (enough to dress it up with fancy flowy ruffles and corsets, that is!).
Thank you all so much for being here. It means so much to me.

Tock, back from vacation!

Page production resumes today! 😀 Thank you for your patience, we had an amazing time.
And for funsies, here’s all the references in the drawing:
Tock – Belle’s gown, Thor’s helmet
Onna – sword of Shan Yu, Mickey ears in her hair, Ikran (from Avatar) on her shoulder
Bumble – scepter and crown of the Queen of Hearts, bag from Erin McKenna’s NYC Bakery
Eunan – Jedi robes
Actia – Ariel tail

Gnomevember 2017 Day 1

Whoops forgot to post this yesterday, BUT Gnomevember has begun!!!
(And starting with Tock and Onna, since last year we started with Tock and Bumble, AND the only Orctober post I got to do was also these two lovelies.
I’ll be posting any Tock-related ones here, of course, but all Gnomevember entries can be seen on my main site here.)
Today’s prompt – “Up and Away!”

Sketch – Arella and Strahl kiss

So, clearly, productivity has been really low this month due to other projects – but I can say that page 79 is very close to done (inkwork viewable here / pencilwork viewable here) and this month’s Patreon Ranger Bonus sketch is on its way.

I’ve been really feeling this part of the world’s backstory lately, so here’s something else about these two in the meantime!

(Also, I’m sure kisses like this will come up again in the comic, and I hadn’t figured out how to draw them yet, so yay for this having come out well! And I had originally planned to draw something else up in the right corner/side, but I actually like how they look with all that space pressing around them.)

More bonuses, backstory content and full comic available at Patreon! (Comic itself is free to read anytime – click here to start ❤ )

Short stories – Five Moments

One more bonus, dear readers, for Seven Years of Tock!

Here are five small moments, each crew member of the dear Bucket in their experience of the world – before they came together! These happen at varying times in their lives, and speak to the reasons they’ll end up where they are in the comic – which is yet to be seen, in full, but I hope you enjoy this glimpse in the meantime!

Thank you so much for your continuous support and enjoyment of this work. I’m so pleased to share Tock’s world with you and look forward to sharing even more adventures and stories of Faerie magic and Love

A roar tore through her throat as Onna lunged at her opponent again, the battle rush blissfully in her veins. They clashed, axe against club, force by force trying to push each other down. Their teacher shouted, they broke apart, swinging back around to try again.
